Systema is a soviet military created close quarter combat system that was essentially unknown until the early 1990s and has since, unfortunately, been surrounded by myth, exaggerations and outright lies too, while it does, objectively produce incredible results that match and in many cases exceed those of other martial arts in those dedicated enough to train properly in it.
